The Child Care Choices Quarter Auction is back- LIVE and in-person!

Child Care Choices Quarter Auction

Date: Thursday, November 3, 2022

Time: 7pm—9 pm
           (doors open at 6pm for preview)

Place: Elks Lodge, 17 W Franklin Street, Troy

             Enter on Cherry Street.  Parking in municipal lot or street.

Cost:  $2 per paddle

$40 for an ALL-IN paddle

Child Care Choices Storybook 5K

Start Time: 9am (opens at 8am)

Location: Kyle Park in Tipp City

Registration: https://runsignup.com/Race/OH/TippCity/CCCStoryBook5k

Cost: Registration fee with a t-shirt is $30 (t-shirt guaranteed if registered by March 18th)
          Registration fee with no t-shirt is $25
          Registration fee for kids 12 and under with a t-shirt is $20 (t-shirt guaranteed if registered by March 18th)
          Kids 5 and under are free

Awards: There will be medals for the top 3 runners in each age group (12 and under, 13-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50+)
              Special awards for the best costume for a character from your favorite Storybook, and group costume from your favorite Storybook

Water and after race snacks will be available!

Be the SPARK: Matching Grant

Be the SPARK for the children, families and our community!

Now until December 31st your donation will have double the impact through a generous $5,500 matching grant from the Child Care Choices Board.

Your dollars will help provide trainings for child care providers, books for the Story Lady Program, and time for our hard-working staff to advocate for high quality child care in Miami County. The COVID-19 public health crisis has had a devastating impact on our child care system. Two centers have closed and several of our family child care providers have had to shut their doors.

Help us keep our child care providers working, so that parents can return to the workforce with the confidence that their children are safe, healthy and well-cared for. Your dollars will also help train new Type B Family Child Care Providers, which means more child care spaces for families in our community.
